In our first session I’ll learn about your lifestyle, medical status, eating habits, and more. From there, I’ll provide you with a personalized and easy to follow plan to break through your challenges and reach your goals.
You’ll be set up with an online and mobile app to view your client profile and plan.
Step 3: Follow Up Sessions
Habits aren’t formed overnight. We’ll have regular follow up sessions so I can keep you motivated and get you through every barrier you have until you reach your potential.
You can even chat with me through the secure app between booked sessions, free of charge.
Enjoy access to my mobile app which allows you to view your goals, progress, and meal plans. Plus fill out health questioners, schedule sessions and chat with me between sessions.
